Events & Rides
Our RAT pack schedules motorcycle related events throughout the year. These events can be anything from a meeting where we all get together, to an overnight ride. We also enjoy participating in events that other groups sponsor. If you see an event on this page, there's a good chance that one of our members will be in attendance. To be sure, just join our mailing list and you'll be kept in the loop. Please email us at windycityrats@yahoo.com if you have any events you'd like us to add to our schedule. FYI: All planned rides offer different riding destinations and experiences along with a chance to get to know other pack members. Don't worry about being a novice rider, each ride is planned in advance with a specified route, and is led by an experienced rider. Many of our pack members are MSF (Motorcycle Safety Foundation) instructors, so you will be in good hands. Before each ride we will review safe group riding techniques and hand signals so you will feel comfortable riding in the group. If you have suggestions for future rides be sure to let us know - we're always looking for new ideas! And if you attend any event, be sure to take pictures and forward them to windycityrats@yahoo.com so that we can post them on this page. |

Join us for an
escorted charity motorcycle ride through the beautiful
Northern Indiana Countryside and support the
Pediatric Brain Tumor Foundation. After the ride stay for a
lite lunch and the Celebration of Life and meet the Stars (young
brain tumor survivors) who will join us for this ride.

Chicagoland Ride for Kids. Ride For
Kids raises money for
pediatric brain tumor research.
Brain tumors are the
leading cause of death for kids. The ride starts and ends at
Elgin Community College.
