Welcome to the home page of the Windy City RATS the Chicago area Triumph owner’s group. The pack is sponsored by Motorcycle Center in Villa Park, IL.

The pack is made up of a diverse group of motorcycle riding enthusiasts that primarily own Triumph motorcycles, but pack membership is open to anyone that is interested in joining us for a ride. Remember MCC also sells several other exotic European brands and we firmly believe in welcoming all riders regardless of your bike of choice.

Our members range in age from early twenties to late sixties, male and female, sport rider and classic enthusiasts alike. We truly our one of the most eclectic groups you’ll ever meet or ride with.

We schedule a Pack ride to various area destinations approximately every other weekend during riding season. Some will be short-distance rides that are only several hours in duration, while others are overnight riding trips. We plan on attending several National Triumph Raids and we also participate in many other motorcycle related events, such as bike shows, races, and track days.

In 2008 we will be offering some “spirited” rides for more experienced riders, scenic cruise rides at a leisurely pace, and a newbie ride for new riders or just those who aren’t used to riding with a group yet.

Last year we introduced our new pack Vice President, Frank Maggerise. Frank has been an active Pack member for sometime and will be assisting in all aspects of planning and coordinating of our events. Our other unofficial Pack leader is my fiancée Toni who adds a feminine touch to our group. Both Toni and I are Motorcycle Safety Instructors and are certified in motorcycle accident scene management as well as first aid. It is my hope that between Frank, Toni, and I, we represent a good cross section of Triumph enthusiasts.
