Membership

Any group is only as good as the members that make it up and the Windy City Rats (WCRs) are no exception.  We are a group of British motorcycle enthusiasts who get together to share and enjoy a common passion.  We welcome any motorcycle enthusiast into our organization, whether they own a Triumph motorcycle or not.

Joining the WCRs is easy - just send an email to windycityrats@yahoo.com to let us know that you're interested in becoming a member.  Or you can always come to one of our meetings and join us then.  Once we hear from you we'll get your contact information so that we can keep you involved in our activities. There is no cost or obligation on your part at all to become a member and you can be as active as you choose based upon your own schedule and desire.  

Our primary activities are our riding events, and we have meetings to plan these events and to discuss any other issues that may come up.  Our group also participates in various motorcycling fundraisers and activities with other groups and our level of participation is determined by our membership. We have also created a yahoo group that gives participating members a chance to communicate directly with other participating members.  If you are interested in joining this group, please let us know as it is not automatic with becoming a RAT member.  You do not have to have a yahoo email address to join.
